LETTER FROM RAPHA HOUSE

Dear Friends,

Several months ago, Angela Foster set off on an Awareness Trip to visit Rapha House in Cambodia. At the time, she did not realize exactly where this experience would take her. She learned firsthand about the issue of human trafficking and saw the look of hopelessness in the faces of trafficking victims. She also learned about Rapha House and what we are doing to be the hands and feet of Jesus to young girls in Cambodia. As team leaders process these experiences with their team, they always challenge them with these words … “What are YOU going to do to make a difference?”

We are excited to share with you that Angela, after much prayer and many family discussions, has stepped up to meet a very real need for Rapha House. As a non-profit organization, we do not always have financial resources to hire the staff needed to keep our US offices running smoothly. We have come to the point in our growth as an organization where we desperately need an administrative assistant to join our team. We have accomplished a great deal, but there is so much more that must be done!

In the past few months, Angela has faithfully volunteered on a weekly basis, and worked with the Rapha House staff on many occasions. She has been involved in organizing teams to help with the interior demolition of our future location, answered phones, fulfilled on-line merchandise orders and requests, and kept our Joplin office running when most of our staff was traveling overseas. She has done all of this as a volunteer, without any compensation other than a smile and a “job well done!” We already have a number of new projects ready for her to begin and are looking forward to making Angela an official part of the Rapha House staff.

As administrative assistant she will allow us to continue to serve to our greatest potential and to maintain an organized focus in our ministry. The need to minister to victims never ends. Will you join Angela in the fight against the exploitation of children and offer them healing at Rapha House? Your partnership can make

We are excited to see what God plans to do for Rapha House through Angela’s positive personality

and willingness to serve wherever needed. Please pray for Angela, and for Rapha House, as we
